Cortizo Bifold / Folding system

The Cortizo Bi-Fold System is a thermally broken aluminum folding door system engineered for residential and commercial applications where large openings and seamless indoor-outdoor connection are the priority. Built around a 73 mm frame and sash profile with a 20 mm frame and 30 mm sash polyamide thermal break, it achieves a thermal transmittance of Ud ≥ 0.97 W/m²K, Class 4 air permeability, Class 9A water tightness, and a PAS 24 security pass. Configurable with 1 to 14 sashes opening inward or outward — including corner sashes at 90° without a mullion, and supporting sash heights up to 118″ and weights up to 265 lb — the Cortizo Bi-Fold System delivers European-engineered performance for patios, terraces, and commercial façades across the East Coast.
